Talking of Tutti Frutti, there is a new Architectural competition of the same name, run by Urban Splash in New Islington, Manchester. 26 schemes will be chosen for sites 4-5m wide by 15m deep by the canal. You can add quick schemes on the website (www.newislington.com), and I could not resist drawing on the sketch pad there, a quick sketch of a Lieder Hausen; a house inspired by tight leather Swiss shorts.Imagine.... it is the supreme expression of form following function!!! (falls off chair laughing)

I might design a Harvest Festival pair of knickers to go with it, you know, where all is safely gathered in....

Moving on, Anon has made me go all shy (you know how naive and innocent I am....) wanting to jump into my waterfall.....all I can say is come on in, dear one, the water is lovely....

It reminds me, there is a waterfall in the Neath Valley, South Wales where you walk on the path behind the fall as it comes down, surrounded by ferns and moss. It is the most beautiful place in the world, where I wish my ashes to be scattered, and where to stand naked under the torrent of water would be the most beautiful experience in the world, just forgetting the hypothermia for a second....

Homework today; tell me about your favourite places on earth, those that have changed you and your perception of this wonderful planet, then spend some time under an imaginary waterfall, letting the water wash away your cares and fears. you are all beautiful, you just need to be told it more, as we all do (you don't have to tell me if you are naked or not!).
